The role leverages Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights for site leadership. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in manufacturing or distribution, a Lean focus, and a willingness to obtain Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and basic problem-solving tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain mgmt. or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints and safety risks.
• Perform data analysis and root cause problem solving to support improvements.
• Support Lean and CI initiatives including 5S, layout reviews, and Kaizen events.
• Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for decision making.
• Assist with change management, documentation, and training materials.
