Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, fulfillment, or automated warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational excellence in manufacturing or warehouse operation
• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Azure Snowflake semantic modelling, SQL, and PowerBI
• 1 year experience in WMS, ERP, MES, or LMS systems and database structure
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in managing projects
• 1+ year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Safety improvements at the site using Lean methodologies and visual management.
• Quality improvements through structured problem‑solving and RCA.
• Delivery improvements by removing bottlenecks and optimizing material flow.
• Lead Lean events, standard work, value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen facilitation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data insights using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Excel.
• Monitor AutoStore performance and lead improvement projects.
• Plan and manage multiple projects with capital and operational initiatives.
• Lead change management with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Optimize labor and warehouse systems and ensure data integrity.
