Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Enablement Solutions Specialist to build and support practical tools that streamline Data Center Operations, reduce manual work, and scale efficiency. You will work with operations and cross-functional partners to identify automation opportunities, develop dashboards, and document processes for widespread use.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Supply Chain to deliver impactful solutions, measure adoption, and enable teams with clear guidance and

Qualifications

• Understanding of operational workflows and how to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Ability to test solutions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Familiar with metrics to evaluate adoption, efficiency, and health of solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Operations to map workflows and identify improvements.
• Develop and support internal tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate challenges into clear requirements and practical specs.
• Test and refine tools, collect user feedback, and fix issues.
• Create documentation, SOPs, guides, and training resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
