Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Enablement Solutions Specialist for its Data Center Operations Enablement team to streamline workflows, develop internal tools, and drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Supply Chain to identify pain points, translate needs into actionable requirements, and create SOPs, guides, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Understanding day-to-day workflows and how to improve them.
• Ability to translate needs into practical, well-documented requirements.
• Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Ability to test solutions, gather feedback, and iterate on tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve operational workflows across Data Center Operations.
• Build and support internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive adoption through clear documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and business teams.
• Measure impact with defined metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
