CoreWeave is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to build and support AI-powered tools and workflows for DC Operations. You will collaborate with field teams to translate operational problems into practical solutions, document usage, and drive adoption across the organization.

This individual contributor role combines hands-on development, workflow coordination, and user enablement, with priority given to clear ownership, testing, and scalable enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience building or supporting AI-powered tools used by others to complete real work.
• Experience working in DC Operations or comparable operational environment.
• Ability to translate clearly defined problems into practical solutions and document usage.
• Experience writing prompts and configuring skills, agents, automations, or similar tools.
• Ability to test work, gather feedback, address common issues, and clearly document how a solution should be used and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Build and support assigned tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflow solutions.
• Understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate problems into practical solutions.
• Maintain intake and tracking for new solution ideas with documentation and status updates.
• Review resources across Slack, Glean, Asana, Google Drive, and Canvas to avoid duplication.
• Evaluate opportunities based on value, effort, adoption, and support needs.
• Develop, test, document, launch, and maintain assigned solutions with guidance from DC Operations Enablement.
• Convert useful field-built tools into Canvas assets with ownership and maintenance.
• Facilitate learning sessions and day-to-day support for approved tools.
• Support solutions through IT and security review processes.
• Collect data on tool usage and impact; share feedback for improvements.
