Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the execution and governance of Data Center Operations tools across our portfolio. You will serve as the primary interface between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and governance for platforms like DCIM, ITSM/Jira, Project Controls, CMMS, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, IT analysis, or technical program management with data center ops experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience defining requirements for DCIM, CMMS, ITSM/Jira, or asset/capacity management.
• Proven end-to-end system implementation track record.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations: change management, capacity planning, work order workflows.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, data models, and SQL.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of business systems initiatives spanning Data Center Operations from kickoff to deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications.
• Define workflows and data models for core DC Ops processes (work orders, change management, incidents, inventory).
• Oversee DCIM capabilities, vendor evaluation, and data quality improvement.
• Direct Jira/ITSM ticketing implementations and workflows, reporting and automation.
• Partner with PMO and Construction teams on project controls platforms.
• Drive CMMS adoption and preventive maintenance implementations.
• Manage vendor relationships and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain project status reporting and KPIs.
• Produce comprehensive implementation documentation and training materials.
