Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to analyze how operations are performed, identify opportunities to improve clarity, and enable teams through effective documentation and training materials. You will work with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance to observe and improve processes across the data center lifecycle.

In this role, you will document SOPs, create runbooks, and build onboarding content while aligning outputs with safety,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams.
• Familiar with documentation frameworks and content management systems.
• Attention to compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines for data center operations.
• Create training and onboarding content to enable teams.
• Document training templates and style guidelines as needed.
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate materials and suggested changes.
• Support regulatory and audit documentation as needed.
