Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to analyze how operations are performed, identify opportunities to improve clarity, and enable teams through effective mechanisms across the data center lifecycle.

You will work with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance partners to observe, assess, and document SOPs, runbooks, and training materials, ensuring safe, consistent execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams.
• Ability to document complex processes with clarity and consistency.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs to validate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and gaps across sites to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines.
• Create documentation to support training and onboarding programs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate enablement materials.
• Ensure documentation supports safety, security, and audit needs.
