You will observe real-world execution, identify gaps, and enable teams through clear SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding content.

The role emphasizes structured thinking, scalable procedures, and ensuring safety, security, and audit readiness across global data center operations.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker who can observe nuances while focusing on the big picture
• Collaborative partner able to extract, clarify, and document complex processes with SMEs
• Systems-oriented with experience in documentation frameworks, version control, and CMS
• Detail-focused with a strong grasp of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational docs
• Experienced writer with 3–5+ years in technical documentation for data center or operations environments
• Proficient in creating SOPs, runbooks, and operational procedures for technical teams

Responsibilities
