Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to analyze how operations are performed, identify opportunities to improve clarity, and enable teams through effective documentation and training. You will work with technicians, engineers, security and compliance to observe and improve data center lifecycle processes.

This role focuses on documenting SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials, using modern tooling and AI-driven workflows, with outputs validated by field

Qualifications

• Analytical and Attentive: pays attention to detail while keeping big picture in mind.
• Collaborative partner: works with SMEs to clarify and document processes.
• Systems‑oriented: familiar with docs frameworks, version control, CMS.
• Detail‑focused: understands compliance, safety, and audit needs.
• Experienced writer: 3–5+ years writing technical docs in data center/ops.
• Process documentation specialist: creates SOPs/runbooks for tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks and gaps.
• Influence outcomes by structured thinking and SME partnership.
• Ensure operational practices are clearly defined and scalable.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate analysis and enablement.
• Document procedures for security, compliance, and audits.
