Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing operations to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.

You will own learning & training strategy, developing program roadmaps and execution plans, and partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Proven track record of strategy setting and delivering impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci certification preferred).
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, or consumer lending highly preferred).
• Excellent influence and communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define and execute servicing strategy with clear roadmaps and plans, tracking KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead enterprise improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate concepts into manuals and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools) for scale.
• Oversee design and delivery of training programs, measuring effectiveness and feedback loops.
