Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Wingstop in Culpeper, VA. This hands-on, hourly leadership role supports the General Manager in daily operations, leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain brand standards and a positive guest experience.

You will coach crew members, help with hiring and onboarding, oversee food quality and safety, and participate in opening/closing procedures while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and onboarding for new team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock management.
