Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Wingstop in Culpeper, VA. This hands-on, hourly leadership role supports the General Manager in daily operations, leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain brand standards and a positive guest experience.

You will coach crew members, help with hiring and onboarding, oversee food quality and safety, and participate in opening/closing procedures while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
