Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
