Sizzling Platter LLC in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Wingstop to help lead daily operations, coach crew, and uphold brand standards. This role combines front-of-house and back-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include directing shifts, hiring and onboarding, maintaining food quality and safety, managing inventory, and supporting the General Manager to drive performance and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback and onboarding for crew members and leads.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve concerns.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management.
• Maintain compliance with policies and laws and support a positive culture.
• Step into front-of-house and back-of-house roles as needed to help the team.
