RATP Dev USA seeks an Operations Supervisor/Dispatcher in Greensboro, NC to lead bus operator supervision, field evaluations, and incident reporting. The role is safety-sensitive and requires professional communication with dispatchers, operators, and supervisors.

The position covers dispatcher and road supervisor duties, scheduling oversight, and administrative tasks, with DOT/FTA compliance support and periodic CDL-driven routes as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to convey job requirements to drivers and dispatchers.
• Responsible for day-to-day evaluation reports and documentation.
• Assist in preparing accident reports and safety violations documents.
• Correct safety problems on routes and document violations.
• Liaison between bus operators, clients, and organizations in customer service issues.
• Evaluate and monitor bus operator safety and performance.
• Assist in DOT/FTA compliance and recordkeeping.
• Assist in dispatching and miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
• Must obtain a CDL and drive routes periodically.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
