Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line supervisor for bus operators, customers, and drivers.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers, Bus Operators and Supervisors.
• Ensure DOT/FTA compliance and recordkeeping with safety personnel.
• Evaluate and monitor bus operator safety and performance.
• Maintain communications with clients and organizations on service issues.
