Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and respond to customer needs for service changes.
• Dispatch calls to routes based on routes and driver locations.
• Perform driver check-ins and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues.
• Interact with customers, service and operations staff; route optimization support.
• Field inquiries via phone/email and troubleshoot delivery problems.
• Record, distribute and review route data; assist in staffing decisions.
