Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and crews to job sites daily.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized loads.
• Serve as main contact for customers via calls and scheduling.
• Review timecards and submit weekly reports.
• Support office manager and sales with admin tasks.
• Participate in daily planning meetings.
