You will monitor progress in real time, rebalance workloads, verify order accuracy, and document changes for a clear handoff to the next day. Required eligibility to operate commercial vehicles and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to operate commercial vehicles in interstate commerce.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
• Dispatch/logistics/transportation or DME/HME/healthcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning software systems and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routes and allocate resources to meet patient service needs.
• Manage delivery, pickup, exchange, and service stops through POD and assign work.
• Verify order accuracy and track progress in real time, rebalance workloads.
• Triage and escalate operational concerns to keep service on track.
• Document changes and prepare handoff for the next day.
