Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and clearly communicate routes, pickups, deliveries, and customer expectations.
• Monitor drivers and freight using Samsara and TMS; adjust for delays and changes.
• Plan and optimize routes to improve truck utilization and reduce miles.
• Lead driver development, conduct ride-alongs, and support training.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and resolve issues before they escalate.
