Job summary

Generac is seeking a coordinator to schedule and dispatch, communicate with customers about upcoming jobs, and manage estimates and invoicing as part of its dealer network. You will work with an authorized channel partner to support home generator installations and energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs per re-occurring tickets.
• Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/tickets.
• Schedule approved estimates.
• Dispatch technicians.
• Create estimates as needed.
• Create invoices when needed.
• Permit work (Local residential permits).
