Job summary

Generac’s Dealer Talent Network offers a pathway to contribute to clean energy installation projects through our Authorized Channel Partner network. You will help schedule and coordinate home generator installations, working closely with technicians and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

This role operates within a channel partner ecosystem, and earnings/success are tied to performance and project throughput.

Qualifications

• Scheduling and dispatching experience is required.
• Experience in construction or trades office settings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Sales and marketing support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs per re-occurring tickets.
• Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/ tickets.
• Schedule approved Estimates.
• Dispatch Technicians.
• Create Estimates as needed.
