Good Greek Moving & Storage is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Orlando, FL to plan and coordinate moving jobs, manage driver relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and experience in operations/dispatch.

You will support a fast-paced team, provide ETA updates, and keep customers informed while ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years Operations/Dispatch experience
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong phone skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in reporting

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate jobs
• Maintain driver relationships
• Ensure adequate capacity for job coverage
• Answer phones and follow up calls
• Field customer service inquiries
• Provide ETA updates in company software and note shipments
• Monitor drivers for DOT compliance and document violations
• Communicate with customers and customer service on driver schedules
• Log and track driver locations and activities
