Job summary

LX Pantos Americas seeks a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily dispatch operations within our Illinois warehouse. You will act as the liaison between the warehouse, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery scheduling and accurate shipment monitoring.

In this role you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, update systems in real time, resolve delays, maintain dispatch records, and support cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain education preferred.
• 1+ years of dispatch, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch or warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
