Qualifications

• 1–3 years Operations/Dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate jobs.
• Maintain driver/helper relationships.
• Ensure adequate capacity for job coverage.
• Answer telephone and make follow-up calls.
• Field customer service inquiries.
• Provide ETA updates in company software and note shipments.
• Monitor drivers for DOT compliance and document violations.
• Communicate with customers and service on driver schedules.
• Log and track driver locations and activities.
