Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Operations in Orlando to lead the technical and operational functions of the office, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services and profitability across locations. The role includes staffing, training, budget preparation, and P&L management in line with company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications preferred.
Licenses as required.
Ten (10) years of related experience with seven (7) years in claims management and four (4) years in supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations management for all assigned locations/offices.
Establishes policy and procedures to assure compliance with best practices and client service requirements.
Set business plans with goals and monitor partner/office performance.
Coordinate sales and client service efforts and manage staffing, training, and budgets.
