Job summary

Sedgwick seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee technical and operational functions and ensure delivery of quality services. This role has direct responsibility for a team under 25 colleagues and requires driving compliance with client controls and industry standards.

The position emphasizes staffing, training, and budget/P&L oversight, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses/certifications as required.
• Eight (8) years claims management experience or equivalent, including two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees internal quality review process and reports monthly.
• Ensures compliance with client controls, audit requirements and service agreements.
• Establishes business plan with goals for assigned clients.
• Maintains claims policies and procedures to meet standards and regulations.
• Builds and maintains client contacts.
