Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fourteen years of relevant experience.
• Eight years of experience specifically in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, recruit, select, and train staff for the business unit.
• Supervise proposals to ensure proper scope, staffing, and pricing.
• Manage staffing levels and utilization across the service line.
• Maintain staffing and skills to meet current and future needs.
• Maintain relationships with major clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor projects for on-time execution and compliance with policies.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and drive process improvements.
• Approve timesheets and expenses; evaluate staff performance.
• Support development of new markets and promote the firm's reputation.
