SSR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Nashville to lead high-scope, high-complexity projects while serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor. You will plan, execute, and mentor staff, ensuring projects meet SSR standards, budgets, and client expectations.

You will develop financial plans, negotiate fees, and manage contracts, delivering results with accountability and a people-first culture. Hybrid work in the SSR Nashville office is offered.

Qualifications

• Lead high-scope, high-complexity projects and mentor PM I/II.
• Develop financial plans, negotiate fees, and manage contracts.
• Proactive management of project financials with minimal oversight.
• Executive-level communication and negotiation with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-discipline projects and serve as client contact and advisor.
• Develop staffing plans and budgets; align team to contractual obligations.
• Mentor project managers and coordinate proposals/interviews with marketing leaders.
• Manage risk, scope changes, and contingency planning.
• Ensure project documentation, QA/QC, and timely invoicing.
