Qualifications

• Minimum four years related project experience or ten years of practical experience on similar projects.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred (required by those with ABET-accredited degree)
• Experience managing multidiscipline design teams and coordinating with subconsultants/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scope and requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts are fully executed and align team to contractual obligations.
• Develop proposals and help build financial plans; confirm staffing and manhour budgets.
• Lead project kickoffs to align scope, standards, budgets, roles, and expectations.
• Finalise work plans with discipline leads and update plans as conditions change.
• Establish schedules with client input and set interim milestones.
• Monitor manpower requirements across disciplines and maintain profit targets.
• Maintain complete project documentation and organized storage.
• Facilitate meetings with owners, clients, and architects; document decisions.
• Monitor budget and fee burn; identify and process additional services as needed.
• Prepare proactive QA/QC plans and ensure timely submittals.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversee Construction Administration to ensure conformance with design intent.
• Ensure accurate invoices are issued promptly; track AR status.
• Supervise closeout and lessons learned.
