Qualifications

• Registered technical professional with 10+ years in a technical discipline.
• Experience in a consulting engineering firm.
• Active NCEES council record if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Allocate weekly hours and staff across projects.
• Mentor subgroup members and foster accountability.
• Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing with Project Managers and support recruitment.
• Ensure design services meet standards and QA/QC.
• Drive process improvements and discipline standards.
• Maintain in-office presence across locations.
• Manage KPIs and report progress.
