Responsibilities

• Build and lead structured training programs, resources, and onboarding materials.
• Provide ongoing guidance to Driver Managers, Planners, and staff to improve performance.
• Standardize SOPs and promote consistent decision-making across fleets.
• Identify skill gaps and develop development opportunities for team members.
• Serve as a go-to resource and provide backup support across fleets.
• Drive performance improvement and fleet utilization, engagement, and profitability.
• Support alignment between planning and driver management and navigate tough conversations.
• Partner with leadership to implement cross-functional process improvements.
