Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the branch location and communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Field Management: assist underperforming locations with recruiting and hiring, analyze branches to resolve root causes, meet with customer representatives, and address performance concerns.
• Fleet Management: upfit vehicles, install safety equipment and technology, coordinate maintenance, and manage GPS devices.
• Customer Relationship Management: develop relationships with railroad customers, report changes to management, and meet weekly with railroad officials.
