Job summary

• Experience leading POD or fleet operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for POD execution.
• Oversee planning, pre-planning, and re-planning to optimize revenue per truck.
• Manage driver payroll and compliance oversight.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
