Job summary

Total Safety is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our safety-conscious team in California. This role provides administrative and technical support for day-to-day operations, helping ensure processes run smoothly across multiple locations.

You will process invoices and in-house orders, manage calendars, coordinate deliveries, collect data, and support Eclipse queues for ship confirmations. Strong Excel/Word skills and familiarity with Eclipse are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Eclipse software knowledge helpful.

Total Safety is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join their safety conscious team! The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support for a business’s day-to-day operations.

Total Safety is the world’s premier provider of integrated safety and compliance services and the products necessary to support them, including gas detection, respiratory protection, safety training, fire protection, compliance and inspection, industrial hygiene, onsite emergency medical treatment/paramedics, communications systems, engineered systems design, and materials management.

Essential Duties

• Processing invoices as well as in-house orders, contacting vendors and customers, coordinating deliveries and returns, analyzing root causes of operational malfunctions.
• Providing resolutions, managing calendars, handling and organizing electronic files, and coordinating maintenance repairs and deliveries with multiple TS locations.
• Collecting data from various processes and analyzing it to ensure information is accessible to all departments within TS.
• Providing support with Eclipse queues for ship confirming and expediting.
• Ensuring the systems and processes are implemented smoothly when new business procedures are introduced into the company.
• Checking regularly with other teams/departments to make sure the process is being followed, answering their questions, and improving processes if needed.
• Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Pay rate $22-$24

Experience

1 to 2 years warehouse experience. Eclipse software knowledge helpful. Excel and Word are a plus.

Education

High School diploma.
