Qualifications

• HS Diploma at minimum; a bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations preferred.
• Experience working in a distribution center.
• Warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Analytical thinker who can use Excel and help evaluate data for continuous improvement.
• Has worked with equipment—forklift, picker, etc.
• Growth-oriented; looking for long-term opportunity and immersion in the role.

Responsibilities

• Daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations: receive, inspect, store, verify quantities and quality; process returns and discrepancies; ship orders accurately and on time.
• Operate warehouse systems: use and maintain WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for putaway, cycle counts, replenishment, pick/pack/shipping, data integrity.
• Inventory control: conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions for high accuracy.
• Team leadership: mentor warehouse associates; help leaders assign shifts; delegate tasks; foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of goods through all stages of warehouse operations - while also analyzing performance and optimizing processes to aid in continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on execution with process oversight, aiming to meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets while maintaining compliance with safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; verify quantities and quality; process returns and discrepancies; and ship orders accurately and on time
• Operate warehouse systems: Use and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for putaway, cycle counts, replenishment, pick/pack/shipping, and data integrity
• Inventory control: Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain high inventory accuracy
