Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Program Manager to join the ReLo Ops Integration (RLOI) team. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives with product, program, software, and operations stakeholders to optimize customer returns and ReCommerce processes.

Responsibilities include scoping, designing, and implementing operational capabilities, cost reduction through efficiency, and developing SOPs, field tools, and dashboards to track performance. 3+ years in PM is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
