Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce to lead cross-functional initiatives improving customer returns and re commerce processes. You will partner with product managers, software engineers, and operations teams to scope, design, and implement programs and dashboards that drive performance.

The role requires 3+ years in program management, data-driven decision making, and strong Excel/SQL skills, with a track record of delivering across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own scoping, designing, and implementing operational capabilities to support new business needs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Create dashboards and track success metrics.
• Partner with product managers, software engineers, and operations stakeholders across teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects with NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech.
