Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce in the United States (New Jersey) is seeking a Program Manager to optimize returns and ReCommerce processes, working with product, program, data, and software teams to improve operations and customer experience.

You will scope and implement operational capabilities, drive cost reductions through efficiencies, and develop SOPs for quality and scalability while delivering dashboards and metrics for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL experience.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies.
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability.
• Field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of pillars.
