Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) seeks a program manager to optimize customer returns and ReCommerce processes. You will partner with product, software, and operations teams to drive new operational capabilities and cost reductions while ensuring quality and scalability.

You will define and monitor key metrics, develop SOPs, build field tools and dashboards, and work across NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs and Tech to deliver cross-functional solutions that improve customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
