Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a data-driven consultant analyst to support client engagements in Washington, DC. Under light supervision, you will conduct basic to moderately complex analyses across operations improvement, HR, and organizational design, collecting market data and preparing sections of management reports.

You will travel 10% domestically or internationally as required, collaborate with teams to input data accurately, and communicate findings clearly to clients while contributing to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Under light supervision, performs basic to moderately complex consulting analyses to support client business needs.
• Collects client, industry relevant, and other related market data for analyses.
• Cleans and inputs data into applicable analysis tools.
• Ensures accuracy of entered data and clarifies issues with primary sources as needed.
• Escalates issues as necessary.
• Prepares basic to moderately complex sections of management consulting reports.
• Contacts clients to collect or review initial datasets under supervision.
• Provides basic project status updates to clients as required.
• Performs administrative tasks such as organizing meetings and materials.
