This role focuses on workforce and organizational improvement initiatives for government clients, requiring a versatile analyst who can handle data, processes, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, map processes, and translate findings into practical recommendations, working closely with client stakeholders and consulting teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for Public Trust clearance.
• Located in the Washington, DC area and able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce, organizational, and operational assessments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process mapping and document current and future workflows.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop practical recommendations.
• Gather and validate quantitative and qualitative information.
• Develop client deliverables including reports and process maps.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support process improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Work with consulting teams and clients.
