Job summary

Technical Assent is seeking a Consultant - Workforce Analytics & Human Capital to support government programs with data-driven workforce and organizational improvements. You’ll analyze data, map processes, and present practical recommendations to client stakeholders, working onsite in the Washington, DC metro area.

The ideal candidate will combine consulting experience with strong analytics, communication, and collaboration skills, supporting federal and large-enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, analysis, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience with data analytics and interpreting data to support decisions.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce, organizational, and operational assessments.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process mapping and document current and future-state workflows.
• Work with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Gather, organize, and validate quantitative and qualitative information.
• Conduct interviews, working sessions, and research to support engagements.
• Develop reports, presentations, process maps, data analyses, and other deliverables.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
