DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Management Consultant to work with Fortune 500 clients across industries, coaching frontline managers on behavioral changes that drive sustainable performance and financial improvements.

The role requires 100% weekly travel (Sunday–Friday) to designated project locations, focusing on implementation and transformational change and delivering value through data-driven decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience (Manufacturing, Distribution or Engineering industries preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen and leadership skills.
• Advanced communication skills (verbal/written/presentation) and ability to interface with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Service client organizations to solve business issues, create value, maximize growth and improve performance for sustainability.
• Gather, organize and analyze data regarding key business drivers to present information and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with frontline leaders daily to improve leadership and management behaviors.
• Coach clients to approach business issues as forward thinkers to improve behaviors and process efficiencies.
• Assist the client with tool building and/or modification.
• Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts to enable project success.
