Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting tools, and data validation techniques.
• Ability to organize complex data into clear, repeatable, and actionable reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, and ownership of recurring workstreams.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with inventory, print shop, operations, business development, and internal support teams.
• Experience with high-volume, recurring, and detail-sensitive data tied to store lists, signing, print production, inventory, or operational support needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting tools, trackers, and recurring data files supporting store-level signing, inventory visibility, and KPI metrics.
• Manage recurring store list creation, maintenance, validation, and updates for department programs and signing needs.
• Perform data validation, report generation, pivot table analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to team members on Excel usage and file maintenance practices.
• Create and enhance shared trackers to reduce manual workload and improve visibility into active workstreams.
