Job summary

Miller Zell in Bentonville is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, reporting, and program execution for the Bentonville POS team. You will partner with warehouse, vendors, client partners, and the Reprint Account Manager to maintain inventory integrity and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills incl. pivot tables, lookups, macros.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels through reprints, category audits, historical usage trends, cycle counts, client feedback, and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Partner with client and internal teams to understand signing kit life cycles, reprint needs, and program changes; document updates in inventory reporting.
• Analyze inventory, program data to identify trends, risks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare consistent reports for internal teams and clients, including inventory status, push orders, reprint activity, and program updates.
• Support cost reviews and decision-making related to inventory levels and program execution.
• Drive data cleanup, integrity, and reporting enhancements in internal systems.
