Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties to support the Service Center.
• Scan bills and load into the company system for processing.
• Assist with driver check-in, gate office, cashier and receptionist duties.
• Balance daily cash reports and prepare bank deposits.
• Answer phones and route callers using a multi-line switchboard.
• Welcome visitors and collect completed applications.
