Job summary

Broadway National Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of property management services for high-profile clients across various sectors.

You will handle incoming inquiries, create and dispatch work orders, and coordinate daily services with vendors, managers, customers, and technicians. In this role, you will obtain cost estimates, review them with account management, and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone and email.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving all incoming call inquiries, creating work orders, and dispatching all work orders
• Coordinating daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians
• Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and reviewing with account management
• Following up with clients and projects daily
• Maintaining high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
• Assisting the billing department as needed
• Managing all aspects of each job and taking accountability for each service provided

Job Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
• National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
• Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
