Behavioral Milestones in the United States is seeking an Operations Coordinator to be the pulse of our team, partnering with BCBAs to streamline workflows and support clinicians in delivering high-quality ABA therapy.

You’ll own supervisor accountability, scheduling oversight, hiring pipelines, and calendar accuracy in a hybrid work setting, using Google Workspace to keep everything organized and on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Operations, Admin Coordination, or Project Management.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus, but a “can-do” attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly check-ins with BCBAs to track billable hours, documentation, and calendar accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers and solve operational puzzles before they become problems.
• Keep the recruitment engine humming by monitoring interview pipelines and onboarding transitions.
• Ensure therapist/client coverage is seamless and resolve scheduling conflicts with speed.
